Monotony

Sit me down
I've been climbing up the walls.
And I can hear the sound
But you don't care at all.
And I don't know
If we are too far gone,
I can only hope
that we can move along.
Here we go again.
And everything I want is gone,
I've summed it up in words and simple songs.
I'm not afraid to die or live too long,
I'm just afraid I won't before I'm gone.
You always find a way to ask me why,
All I know is that I can't be satisfied.
Time and time again,
within the tide we're moving in,
I wonder if we'll start again
I wonder if we'll start again again again.
If happiness is something to believe in,
At least I know the weight of my own skin.
If I am cursed to be who Im meant to be
Maybe I'll break free from this monotony.
